As the Holocaust began to become known by other nations, each one had their own different opinion. Even though, Germany was united with the Axis-powers, none of them approved of what was going on in the Holocaust. However, they refused to help out the Jewish people, reason being, they did not want to fall into another one of the Nazi's victims. Considering the doctors whom performed the experiments exclaimed they were doing it to benefit the health of soldiers, many ignored the truth behind the experiments. Basically each experiment was overlooked and underestimated.
Once the truth had finally been revealed of the horrors being done to the victims of the Holocaust, actions were then taken. However they did not follow through until post-war of WW2. All countries did not understand what was being done to the Jewish people and were too selfish to understand how they could have influence a halt to the experimentation. Although, some were against the experiments, there were even some countries that were doing the same thing. Japanese held Unit 731 that tortured the humans just as much during the mid 1940's. Thus, the Nazis have been influencing other countries to test on humans to find out new ideas with warfare. Even though the Japanese would accept Jewish refugees, they would conduct the experiments on the Chinese.
Overall views appear to be different within each country, but in reality everyone was influenced by the ideas. Everyone failed to understand the extreme abuse of the victims because they wanted to figure out what was best for their country, in which will benefit them the most during WW2. Eventually rules and regulations were placed against the extremely unethical experiments.
